re:align ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. It applies to all users of the re:align website and diagnostic service.
What we collect
When you use re:align, we collect the following:
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Email address — provided at checkout, used to send you your diagnostic link and your completed report.
- Diagnostic responses — your answers to the 30-question assessment, including scored questions and open-ended responses. These are used solely to produce your personal report.
We do not collect data through cookies or tracking tools beyond what is standard to the platforms we use (Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Tally for the diagnostic form).
How we use your information
Your data is used exclusively to provide the re:align service:
- To send you your diagnostic form after payment
- To analyse your responses and produce your personal report
- To deliver your report to you by email
We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Who sees your data
Your diagnostic responses are read by one human analyst (the report writer) for the sole purpose of producing your personal report. No one else has access to your individual responses.
Anonymised, aggregated patterns may be referenced in general terms — for example, in describing common profiles. No personally identifiable information is ever shared publicly.
How long we keep it
Your email address and diagnostic responses are retained for as long as necessary to deliver your report and honour our money-back guarantee. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
